Journal #2

I took this picture outside of my grandparents house in Putney on Saturday. I saw the sunset from inside, and I had to trudge out into the snow and cold to get a picture of it. I really like the pink shades in the sky, and the snow covered field. If I were do retake this picture, I probably would have focused more on the trees, or zoomed in more.

  1. I really like the colors in this picture. I think the light pink blends really well with the blue in the sky. If the picture was zoomed in a little more you might be able to notice how well the pink looks in between the tree branches.

  2. I really like the colors in this picture as well. but the trees are a little more blurry. I think if I was the photographer and I had a chance to retake this picture I would choose one single tree to focus on and have the sky blurred and blended together. but I do very much love this picture. I also don't like how much snow is involved, other then that you did an amazing job Daniele.

  3. I really like this picture. I like how you focused more on the detail in the wavy pink sky. I might have cut off a little bit more of the blue sky at the top of the image because it seems a little distracting from the beauty of the pink interweaved into the trees but it still looks amazing. Another reason I like this image is because I drive by this field every day to get to my house.

  5. Hi I really love your picture because of the beautiful scenery and pretty colors. If I were to change something, I would try to get a clearer view of the trees on the right. Right now, they look a little bit dark. Otherwise, awesome job!!

  6. I like this photo! I love how all the textures of the trees and the pink color mix perfect together. The one thing i would change about this picture is what you said about zooming to make it focus more on simple stuff. You did a great job with this photo!
