Journal #11

This is my dog Daisy. I took this picture while getting my loved one pictures for the "People as a Subject" assignment. I didn't end up using it for the project, because I got another picture with her ears flying back, which I thought was better. In this picture, I really like how glassy and large her eyes look. If I could change something about this photo, I would try and have a different vantage point, so there wasn't a snowbank in the background. Overall I really like this picture, and I'm glad with how it came out.

  1. I really like this picture. Your dog is so cute! I love how her eyes are so big, brown, and glossy. She face is so adorable with her nose! I agree with the different vantage point. Maybe so you can't see the snowbank, or maybe have her on the snowbank. Great job!

  2. I love this picture. Your dog is so cute! You can definitely tell that you focused on her eyes and it looks like a much better quality picture that way rather than if you had focused on her ear or something. If you were to change something about this picture, I think you could crop it somehow so that you are using the rule of thirds. But overall, this is a really nice picture! Nice job!
